Verdi’s crews are nearly finished with the interiors of a fantastic new apartment building hitting Stamford Connecticut’s market soon.
Located on Columbus Park and overlooking Mill River Park (where Verdi also recently finished Stamford’s Mill River Park Carousel Pavilion), at Park Square West Phase-IV you’ll find a 19 story, 220,000 square foot, 209 unit high-rise,  Beautiful scenes of Stamford’s downtown landscape from upper floors, where our team was seen on a QA/QC walk-through (see featured image). A wonderful landmark building!

Our team has been feverishly working to complete the metal framing, drywall and ceilings, and stay on schedule. Great to see Stamford growing and flourishing — not without a little help from one of New England’s best design-build firms — Verdi Construction.
